Lotus Holiday Homecoming is a fully managed holiday décor service for homes in Newport, South County, Westerly, Watch Hill and Block Island. Designed, installed and taken down in January by the same team that cares for Rhode Island's finest gardens.

How it works
From walk-through to January
I · The walk-through
We visit, measure and agree the look with you: colors, greens, lighting and the rooms that matter most.
II · The installation
Our crews install everything from mid-November through mid-December, timed to your arrival. If you're away, we can finish before you walk in.
III · January removal
After the holidays we take everything down and leave your home and garden exactly as they were.
For our island families
Holiday décor on Block Island
Step off the ferry for Thanksgiving or Christmas to a home that's already dressed for the season. Lotus has a crew based on Block Island, so island homes get the same care as the mainland, with installations timed before Thanksgiving and limited December dates on request.

Jackie's interior design eye, joined this season by Amanda England of Merci la Vie and her visual merchandising, to bring you the ultimate holiday experience.

Trained in Architecture, Jackie is known in Connecticut and New York City for bringing plant life into interior spaces. She designs every Homecoming personally, from the front walk to the mantel.

Co-founder of Beadz Boutique in Darien, where she shaped twelve years of windows and displays, and a lead in event design and décor across Connecticut and Block Island for nearly two decades.
Questions
Holiday decorating FAQ
When do you install holiday décor?
Installations run from mid-November through mid-December. Block Island homes can be finished before Thanksgiving, with limited December dates available on request.
Do you take everything down after the holidays?
Yes. January removal is included in every collection and every à la carte piece. We take everything down and leave your home as we found it.
Do I need to be home for the installation?
No. Many of our clients are away. With our Arrive Home option, we complete the installation before you arrive so you walk into a finished home.
Do you use real or artificial Christmas trees?
We install fresh-cut trees for homes that are lived in during the season. For homes that sit empty before you arrive, we recommend a premium artificial tree or scheduled watering visits so the tree stays fresh and safe.
Can you decorate with my own ornaments?
Yes. We can style your tree with your family's ornaments, or provide a complete designed ornament collection.
Which areas do you serve?
Newport, Jamestown, North Kingstown, Wickford, Narragansett, East Greenwich, South County, Westerly, Watch Hill and Block Island, Rhode Island.
How far ahead should I book?
Holiday installations are limited each season so every home gets the attention it deserves. We recommend booking by mid-November. A deposit holds your installation date.
